Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced District Manager to join our team at Aldi in the Greater Watertown NY region. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores within the district, driving sales growth, and leading a team of employees. This is a permanent opportunity based in New York with a starting salary of $95,000 and various additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Review competitive pricing and provide product feedback.
• Manage store payroll budgets and minimize losses through inventory control.

Requirements
