Job Summary
In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape, guiding customers through our full suite of Optimum products/services. You'll craft tailored telecom packages, master persuasion selling, and provide exceptional post-sales support to turn customers into lifelong advocates.
Responsibilities
- Customized Solutions: Dive into unique customer needs, crafting tailored packages.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
- Sales Pitch: Showcase product advantages and close deals skillfully.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support.

- Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of door-to-door selling experience.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and proficient in computer/technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
- Ability to work full time.
