Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solid tumor clinical development, strategic planning, and managing global operations. Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the late stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Assure accuracy and appropriateness of research budgets and timelines.
• Influence development team for high-quality, feasible clinical trial protocols.
• Analyze and address issues at investigational sites, CRAs, and CROs.
• Provide mentorship, build and manage high-performing clinical teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, with 10 years in oncology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial technologies.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
