Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as an Executive Director in Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team overseeing the execution and delivery of our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. You will require extensive experience in solid tumor clinical development, including strategic planning, global operations, and knowledge of companion diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the Jazz late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, ensuring project goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 10 years in oncology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research functions and ICH GCPs.

Education and Licenses

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Benefits
