Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative team at One Medical. As a primary care provider, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, and collaborate with our clinical teams. Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering human-centered care, adept at utilizing technology, and committed to evidence-based primary care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize specific clinical training to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year coupled with fellowship/urgent care experience).
• State licensed in New York by start date.
