Job Description
The Rounds is seeking dedicated Field Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As the face of our mission to revolutionize daily choices through sustainability and convenience, you will play a vital role in acquiring new Members. If you are energetic, persuasive, and enthusiastic about sustainability, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Educate potential Members on The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery at various popup events.
- Achieve and exceed acquisition targets using effective sales techniques.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new Members and their first orders.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance event setup and product offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in sales with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sustainability and a willingness to take on challenges.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate with uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses. On target earnings of over $38/hour.
