We are looking for a motivated and energetic Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an 'UPLIFT' VASA experience by offering an inclusive, accessible, and on-trend fitness experience that maximizes STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO/Group Fitness usage by achieving financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and events.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes.
• Create a culture of care, connection, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in group fitness or studio management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve results.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for fitness and community-building.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
