Job Description
At VASA Fitness, we are seeking a talented and passionate Fitness Studio Experience Lead to join our team. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, driving performance results, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified talent to ensure schedules are optimized for member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to maximize STUDIO/Group Fitness usage and achieve financial targets.
- Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of initiatives, training, and support.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through coaching, training, and feedback sessions.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment that motivates and uplifts members.
