Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness as a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, recruiting talent, achieving financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, training and coaching instructors, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPI's.
• Manage class schedules to drive STUDIO and Group Fitness attendance.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a sense of community.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or leadership role.
