Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a company that prioritizes inclusivity, unity, and fun in the fitness industry. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging fitness experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include managing class schedules, recruiting talent, maximizing studio and group fitness usage, and ensuring a world-class member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure studio and group fitness spaces are clean, safe, and meet VASA standards.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality classes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and uplifting environment for members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or leadership role.
• Passion for fitness and creating a positive impact on members' lives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Certifications in fitness training or group exercise instruction are a plus.
