Job Description
We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor for a full-time position at the Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt. The Front Desk Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and guest satisfaction. This position involves overseeing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, and supervising the front desk team to deliver top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain outstanding customer care and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Responsible for reservation management, guest check-ins, and resolving guest issues promptly.
- Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and quality service.
- Train and guide front desk team members, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle billing, group arrivals, and maintain financial transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Representative or Cashier, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus, with a minimum requirement of a High School Diploma.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
