Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated FSQR Technician to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, CO. As part of a global team committed to sustainable practices and high-quality food production, you will play a crucial role in monitoring procedures for adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a full-time position with a compensation of $25.75/hr, offering benefits like paid time off, medical coverage, and retirement savings.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Address and report deviations and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain product specifications.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED with manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work with hand tools, lift 20 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in food safety or quality is a plus.

- Previous food safety or manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience with Cargill.
