Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing store operations, leading a team, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to enhance store performance.
• Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.

Job Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail.
• Prior management experience preferred.
