We are looking for a dedicated full-time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, ensuring operational efficiency, developing team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
