We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, developing operational plans, and ensuring overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
