Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising team members, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to lead and work within a team environment.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
