We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, and driving team performance. Your responsibilities will include improving operating results, training and developing team members, maintaining inventory procedures, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience.
