Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, overseeing team performance, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations and performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance and growth.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product quality.
• Supervise daily store operations, addressing issues and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
