Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. You will be responsible for developing operational action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior management experience is advantageous.
