Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the ALDI team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, overseeing various tasks to ensure efficient store performance and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Supervise store personnel and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
