Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality shopping experience ALDI is known for. From providing excellent customer service to merchandising products and supervising store personnel, you will have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide product feedback to store management and make recommendations for product selection.
• Supervise store personnel to ensure compliance with customer service standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.
• Participate in store inventory counts and assist in product ordering.
• Lead and support the team on various tasks and projects.
• Train new employees and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Basic administrative skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
