Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the store's operations by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
