Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills while carrying out duties.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
