Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting overall store operations. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and within a team environment.
