Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.

• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
