Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory, and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
