Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the store's operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
