Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently to provide customers with a top-notch shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers, manage purchases, and maintain a tidy store environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Execute general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service-oriented with cash register and retail experience
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow company policies
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
