Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
