Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Take part in inventory counts and contribute to loss prevention efforts
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
