Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the store's appearance, interacting with customers, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies, processes customer purchases, stocks shelves, and provides exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, interpret company policies, and work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
