Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Assist in inventory management and follow cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure security and confidentiality of data, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash registers and equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
