Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and maintain store cleanliness
• Perform store inventory counts and report any issues to management

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
