Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking of products. This position offers a great opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and to contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to company cash policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment such as cash registers and floor scrubbers efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
