Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties following company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of operating store equipment and handling merchandise safely.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a bonus.
