Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company standards.
• Operate equipment safely and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
