Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory issues, and more.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and follow policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
