We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a tidy store, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all. This position involves cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow inventory procedures, report issues, and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking, staying organized, and working both independently and in a team setting.
