Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store remains organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to stay organized, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
