Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store upkeep to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security
• Participate in inventory management activities

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
