Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position involves cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain displays neatly.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment like a cash register, floor scrubber, and baler.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
