Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle merchandise.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
