Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
