Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. With a starting wage of $18.00 per hour and the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week, you'll have the chance to contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor product levels for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and follow company policies and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
