Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Type

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold data security.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash handling and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
