Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide top-notch customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays with precision and care.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies and adhere to company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment such as a hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask effectively.
