Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with the store management team and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
