Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized store environment for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will handle merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning tasks to ensure the store always looks its best and customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with the team.
- Share feedback with management on products, inventory, and any issues.
- Take part in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and store equipment handling.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently.
- High school diploma preferred with previous retail experience.
