Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
