Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, where you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, cashier, and maintain the store's cleanliness, all while providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
